By default we always 1 year warranty on all our hardware. We do this because it is important for our customers that they can feel safe and secure by high quality and continuous operation.
This warranty is of course subject to proper use of our hardware, but we will replace the damaged hardware no matter what, so our customers can continue their business unhindered. Afterwards we will test and analyse the damaged hardware, and afterwards work out a solution with the customer to find a solution to any possible queries.
We also offer a wide range of service solutions that go beyond the warranty of 1 year. For example, we have 1, 2, 5, 10 years of total service solutions covering everything from replacement of damaged hardware, upgrades, maintenance, etc. so that our customers can always feel secure and count on a stable operation.
